Melissa Quintero

Melissa Quintero has quite literally grown up with Miami. Moving to the area from her native Colombia at a young age, she has seen the evolution of the city and the surrounding communities first-hand. While her connections to the area run deep, her clients are the heart of her business.

“My clients’ needs are my number one priority and that never wavers,” says Melissa. “I want to ensure that their goals are listened to and understood, and they feel supported and secure throughout the process. Buying or selling a home is a huge decision and it is my goal to make it as stress-free as possible.”

Self-motivated and driven, Melissa is the definition of professional, and is an excellent negotiator with a warm and engaging personality. Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, she has a keen understanding of the cultural nuances necessary to work with a large, global network of clients, closing even the most complex deals with ease. Her Marketing and Advertising expertise brings an added layer of service, as she routinely utilizes various techniques from more traditional avenues to the power of social media and the digital sphere. Easily transitioning among the many tools available, she successfully targets potential buyers and sellers, matching them with the best properties for their needs.

Prior to earning her real estate degree, Melissa worked in Banking and Hospitality. As a banker, she learned the many details of the Finance industry that enhance her ability to skillfully negotiate the best deals for her clients while her time in hospitality instilled a love of client service and the adeptness to work with all types of clients through all types of situations.

Melissa is an avid animal lover who is an active advocate for the ASPCA and the Humane Society of Dade and Broward Counties. When she is not working, she loves to read and learn, studying everything from architecture to current events and many subjects in between. She enjoys the South Florida lifestyle and spending time outdoors and has lived in Kendall, Miami Beach and currently makes her home in Aventura
